Please note that we do not accept any refunds or cancellations after your order has been placed as you are ordering a customized product.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: If you receive a damaged, defective, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis to rectify the situation.  You must contact us within 2 calendar days with any damage or issues in order to be considered eligible for a replacement or refund.
